This website is owned and operated by Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India Private Limited (“Company”). Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for the sale of any products on our website.
By placing an order or making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, and by continuing to use the site, you agree to any changes made by us. This grants you a limited privilege to use the site, provided you comply with the terms.
1. Order
A. Order Placement
To place an order for products or services, simply browse our store, add the desired products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout (using your preferred payment method) with your login ID, and we will ship the item to the address provided by you.
B. Order Acceptance
Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel orders. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. However, this confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it. If an order is cancelled after payment is received, the billed amount will be refunded.
C. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process any order, and you retain the right to cancel it as long as it hasn’t been accepted by the store. If either party cancels the order before acceptance, a full refund will be initiated.
In certain cases—such as product unavailability or pricing inaccuracies—Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India Private Limited may cancel the order. You will be notified accordingly, and a full refund will be processed using the same method of payment originally used. For orders paid in cash, refund processing will follow a manual confirmation procedure.
2. Pricing and Offers
In the event of a significant pricing or promotional error, you acknowledge that the Company will not be bound by the incorrect pricing unless a purchase contract has already been concluded. If such an error is identified before order confirmation, we may notify you of the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped via our authorized delivery partner to the shipping address provided at checkout. Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India Private Limited will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
You can place orders for any of the listed products on our website. The company reserves the right to decline or refuse fulfillment of any order based on the terms mentioned herein.

Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you once you, or someone authorized by you, takes physical possession of the product(s).
5. Warranty
All products sold on our website are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty. In case of any defect, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service center. The customer is required to transport the product to the service center at their own cost.
