Build the tech India trusts. Design it here

We're building NxtQuantum OS and Ai+ Smartphone — sovereign, privacy-first technology, designed in India and built for the world. If you want your work to matter beyond a sprint, we want to meet you.

We're on a mission to make global technology local: to give people clarity, control, and performance without compromise, at a price that makes sense.

We call it Applied Intelligence — not artificial intelligence for its own sake, but technology built around real human decisions. Every feature we ship has a person behind the reason for it.

We're Bold, not arrogant. Confident, not brash. Simple, and transparent. That's how we talk to our customers — and it's how we work with each other.

Why Work With Us

You'll build things that matter.

You're not shipping another rebrand of someone else's platform. You're helping build a sovereign OS and a smartphone brand from the ground up, in India, for the world.

You'll be trusted, not micromanaged

Transparency isn't just a brand value we sell to customers - it's how we run internally. Clear expectations, honest feedback, no hidden agendas.

You'll own your work.

Our values run on Customer Centricity, Innovation, Respect & Inclusiveness, Continuous Learning, Leadership with Ownership, and Excellence - CIRCLE, for short. We hand you real ownership, not busywork
