Refund & Return Policy

At aiplusstore.com, operated by Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India Private Limited, we are committed to delivering a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy below for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation
A user can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders may also be cancelled by the Company in cases such as:
  • Product unavailability
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Operational or logistical issues
In the event of a cancellation (by the user or the Company), any payment already made will be refunded in full to the original payment method, subject to bank processing timelines.

Returns & Replacement
Currently, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • The user raises a return request within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
  1. The user must email customercare@aiplusstore.com with the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
  2. The support team will review the request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
If the return is approved, the user will receive either:
  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method.
Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for return or replacement.

Refund Timeline
If a return or cancellation is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method used at the time of payment, except for cash-on-delivery orders, which will be refunded via bank transfer.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to the timelines of the payment gateway or issuing bank.
