Where can I buy AI+ products?
You can purchase AI+ products directly from the official AI+ Store and have them delivered across India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed, dispatched, and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your AI+ Store account.
What is the return and replacement policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved requests are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
