AI+ complies with the applicable provisions of the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, as amended from time to time, and fulfils its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations through authorised recyclers and collection partners. We encourage our customers to dispose of end-of-life electronic products only through authorised collection channels to help protect human health and the environment.
What is E-Waste?
E-waste refers to electrical and electronic equipment, including its components, accessories, consumables, or parts, that has reached the end of its useful life or is discarded due to damage, malfunction, replacement, or technological upgrades.
Electronic products may contain valuable materials that can be recovered and reused through responsible recycling. However, they may also contain substances that could be harmful to human health and the environment if disposed of improperly. AI+ encourages customers to dispose of end-of-life products only through authorised collection centres or recyclers to ensure environmentally sound recycling and safe disposal.
AI+ E-Waste Collection and Recycling Programme
AI+ has established an e-waste collection and recycling programme to facilitate the environmentally sound disposal of end-of-life electronic products in accordance with applicable law.
To fulfil its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), AI+ works with authorised Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs), recyclers, collection centres, and other authorised partners for the collection, transportation, dismantling, recycling, and disposal of e-waste.
Customers may dispose of eligible AI+ products, batteries, chargers, accessories, and other electronic items by visiting an authorised collection centre or through any collection or take-back programme made available by AI+ or its authorised recycling partners. Details of our authorised collection centres and recycling partners will be available on the Platform from time to time.

Why Proper Recycling Matters
Improper disposal of e-waste may harm the environment and pose risks to human health, as electronic products and batteries may contain materials that require specialised handling and recycling. Disposing of e-waste with household waste or through unauthorised channels may lead to environmental pollution and the loss of valuable recyclable resources.
By recycling your end-of-life AI+ products through authorised collection and recycling channels, you help conserve natural resources, reduce environmental impact, promote the recovery of valuable materials, and support the responsible management of electronic waste.
